Alpine Bridge ("we”) needs personal information about you to organise and arrange our holiday programmes. The purpose of this notice is to tell you about the personal information we hold about you and what your rights are in relation to your personal information.

What personal Information does Alpine Bridge collect?
In the course of arranging our holiday programme, we may hold information about you which is provided by you through our website, or on the paper booking form you complete and send to us. The information we hold includes your name, gender, date of birth, postal address, email address, phone number, next of kin information and any special dietary requirements that you might have.

What is this personal information used for?
We collect personal information that is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest as an organisation arranging Bridge holidays on your behalf. We may share very limited information with our holiday partners (hotels etc.), to help us facilitate the holidays on your behalf, however all subsequent arrangements are then direct between you and them.

How is your information stored and for how long?
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. Most of our data, including our main membership database, is stored in digital form on our computers and we have appropriate security measures in place as required by GDPR. Any paper forms are filed and placed in a secure filing system. We will retain your information for as long as required to allow us to communicate and subsequently organise upcoming holiday arrangements.

Access to your information?
By law you are entitled to know what personal information we hold about you, the purpose for which we hold it and the identity of any person to whom it has been disclosed. You can also ask us to correct any errors in your data, and can ask for unnecessary or outdated data to be deleted. You may also ask that any photograph of you that appears on our website is deleted, and you may choose to have your details removed completely from our database. To do so please contact us.
